Queer to Support was founded in 2022, for undocumented LGBTQIA+ refugees. Every other week, we have dinner nights on Monday night between 18.00-20.00 at the office (Afrikanerplein 1). From here, we do activities together, meet other groups and organizations and visit queer-places in the city.
We support the group that comes to the Queer to Support nights with casemanagement+: going with people to their casemanager, supporting people in organizing their evidence and connecting people to activities, doctors and classes.
Every Pride, we partake in activities in Amsterdam: Pride Walk, Pride March, Black Pride events, Canal Pride. In the past we have visited multiple cities, talked to Europarlementarians and collaborated in an arts project with United Paintings in front of the Student Hotel.
